Frequently asked questions
Short answers about how DropToSolve works. For company details see About; for help emailing us see Contact. Practical how-tos live under Resources.
- Is DropToSolve free?
- Yes. The tools are free to use in your browser. We may show discreet ads later to keep the service running — that does not change the privacy rule for your files.
- Do you upload my files?
- No. PDF and image tools process files on your device. We do not need your documents on our servers to merge, split, compress, or convert them.
- Do I need an account?
- No account is required for the current tools.
- What browsers work best?
- Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Very large files are usually smoother on a desktop than on a phone.
- Is there a file size limit?
- We do not set an artificial cloud quota. Limits come from your device memory and browser. Huge PDFs or images may fail on low-memory phones.
- Can I use DropToSolve offline?
- You need the page loaded first. After that, file processing does not send your document to us. A full offline installable app is not the current product.
- Where are passwords and QR contents stored?
- Generators run locally. We do not store the passwords or QR payloads you create. Save important passwords in a password manager.
- Who operates the site?
- ITB Solutions SRL (Romania), CUI 49914280. See About and Contact for details.
- What is SyncBoard by eFacturaFlow?
- A separate product from the same company for Romanian invoice operations and e-Factura workflows. DropToSolve is the English utility hub; SyncBoard lives at efacturaflow.ro.
- How do I report a bug or ask for a feature?
- Email [email protected] with the tool name, what you tried, and your browser. See the Contact page for tips.
- Do you use cookies?
- Essential cookies may be needed for the site to work. Advertising cookies, if introduced, will follow our Cookies policy and consent rules where required.
- Is DropToSolve a substitute for professional advice?
- No. Tools are software utilities. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
