1. Description of the service
DropToSolve is a set of browser-based software tools (for example PDF and image utilities, generators, and timers). We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Tools that process files are designed to run locally in your browser; see the Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptable use
You must use the site lawfully. You are responsible for the files and content you process and for complying with applicable law (including copyright and data-protection rules for documents you handle).
3. Accuracy and results
You are solely responsible for verifying outputs (merged PDFs, compressed images, generated codes, etc.). Processing quality can vary by file type, browser, and device memory. Very large files may fail or run slowly on low-end devices.
4. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, CDN, or network issues beyond our direct control may affect the site.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, data, or opportunity); (b) errors or delays caused by third parties (hosting, CDN, networks, browsers); (c) misuse of the tools or misinterpretation of results. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design, and content we provide remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the site under these terms. Your own files remain yours.
7. Advertising and cookies
DropToSolve is offered free to users and may be supported by discreet advertising (for example Google AdSense) and related cookies, subject to consent where required. See the Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the site with the “Last updated” date prevails. Continued use after changes may mean acceptance where the law allows.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
