1. File processing (core promise)

Tools that work with your files (PDFs, images, and similar) run entirely in your web browser. Those files are not uploaded to our servers. We do not store, scan, or share the contents of your documents. Temporary copies may exist only in your browser memory or local storage (for example IndexedDB handoff between pages) and remain under your control on your device.

2. What “data” means here

For DropToSolve, personal or technical data may include: information you type into non-file tools (e.g. text in the word counter, QR content, color values), optional browser notification permission for the Pomodoro timer, and minimal technical data needed to operate the website (e.g. IP addresses and short server logs from our host/CDN when you load pages).

We do not create user accounts for DropToSolve. There is no login profile stored on our side for these tools.

3. Secure connection (HTTPS)

Communication between your browser and our hosting/CDN is encrypted with HTTPS (typically TLS 1.2 or newer). Page assets are delivered that way; your files for conversion tools still stay local as described above.

4. Where website data is stored

The DropToSolve website (HTML, scripts, static assets) is hosted on infrastructure such as Railway and/or Cloudflare. Those providers may process connection metadata as part of delivering the site. File tool payloads are not part of that upload path.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We may use privacy-friendly analytics and, in the future, advertising partners such as Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Those services may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to your consent where required by law (including the EEA/UK). Details are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights (GDPR — summary)

Where the law grants them, you may exercise rights by contacting us. “Access” means information about processing — not technical access to our servers.
