Merge PDFs privately (without cloud upload)

When you attach several scans or chapters, recipients often want one PDF. Uploading those files to a random converter can feel wrong — especially for signed contracts, medical papers, or ID copies.

Merging locally means you still get a single attachment, without creating an extra cloud copy of sensitive pages.

1. Collect the PDFs on your device (same folder helps).

Merge vs reorder vs split

Merge combines several PDF files into one. If you already have one PDF and only the page order is wrong, use Reorder PDF Pages instead. To pull out a chapter or every page as separate files, use Split / Extract PDF.

Tips

If a PDF is password-protected, unlock it first. Very large batches are smoother on a desktop than on a phone. After merging, you can still rotate, delete blank pages, or run OCR on the result if the packet was scanned.
